Once a website is launched, updates play a key part in keeping the information accurate, and your visitors happy and engaged. WebSolutions Maine offers update services to all existing and new clients at an affordable hourly rate.
Examples of updates:
Existing website needs fresh content or routine updates
Seasonal product and /or information updates
Need to search optimize a couple of new pages, or target specific keywords
Image addition and replacements
New pages and removal of unwanted pages.
Bug fixes, code edits and improvements
Software upgrades, security patches
How does it work?
Whenever you want something changed or added to your website, you simply call or email us and we do it for you! All you need to do is decide what you want updated…email us the details…and we’ll do the rest.
How quick can website updates be made?
Most updates are completed within 48-72 hours and often within the same day. Larger updates take slightly longer
Maintenance Plan Terms
PAYMENTS/TERMS: All payments will be in USD (US Dollars). Payment is due in advance prior to work beginning. Payment will be accepted via Credit Card. For all maintenance plans, the term of this agreement are month to month, automatically renewable unless cancelled by the ‘Client’ in writing. ‘Client’ will be billed for agreed upon hours regardless of actual hours used. Unused hours do not roll over into the next month, or cannot be pulled from future months. No refunds are issued for unused time. Any additional hours over the plan hours included will be billed at $125. An hour.
CANCELLATION: ‘Client’ may cancel subscription for maintenance plan at anytime unless specified by a contract. Unused hours will not be refunded after cancellation but can be used until the end date of the plan. ‘WebSolutions Maine’ reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason without any prior knowledge and will do so in writing by e-mail and/or postal letter to the client.
AUTHORIZATION: With your payment, you are hiring WebSolutions Maine as a Website Maintenance Provider for the specific purpose of updating website content on your existing website. These updates include, but are not limited to text changes, picture and graphics changes, adding necessary scripts or website applications.
